Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kajetan Pruss took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marek Žilák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajetan Pruss, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Artur Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Bucesta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Radoslaw Michalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rothenburg SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Radoslaw Michalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Žilák breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th match minute, Rothenburg SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Golaszewski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Pruss in the 16th minute of play forced R.B Leipzig's goalkeeper Marek Žilák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Rothenburg SSA's goalkeeper Artur Borubar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bai Cheng Nan. Radoslaw Michalski took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marek Žilák. Marek Žilák dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 24th minute Zbyszek Werra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Žilák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Rothenburg SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Bai Cheng Nan came free, but Artur Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, R.B Leipzig's Bai Cheng Nan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artur Borubar. Artur Borubar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Marek Žilák took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Imbor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Bai Cheng Nan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artur Borubar. The goal made the score 2-3. Rafal Imbor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Žilák having to interfere. When Rothenburg SSA's Kajetan Pruss in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye R.B Leipzig's goalie prevented a goal. Artur Queto hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The R.B Leipzig players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rothenburg SSA were winning 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bai Cheng Nan made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Eugenio Cerri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Bucesta hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Artur Queto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bai Cheng Nan in the 61st minute of play. In the 70th minute, Bai Cheng Nan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. R.B Leipzig's Marek Žilák played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Michalski in the 71st minute of play. Bai Cheng Nan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Borubar having to make a save. Artur Borubar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bai Cheng Nan in the 74th minute of the match. Fausto Bucesta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rothenburg SSA's Artur Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Bucesta in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Rothenburg SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafal Imbor to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, R.B Leipzig's Marek Žilák got control of the ball when Kajetan Pruss tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artur Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bai Cheng Nan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The R.B Leipzig fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rothenburg SSA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
