Pilip Pilipenko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marek Žilák having to make a save. After 9 minutes, Mannie Escabi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the R.B Leipzig and the Dulwich Hamlet BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Dulwich Hamlet BK. Niclas Haström stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marek Žilák. 1-0. 15 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Dulwich Hamlet BK's Niclas Haström fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Marek Žilák took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niclas Haström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aivo Pärjasaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bai Cheng Nan in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bai Cheng Nan in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aivo Pärjasaar saved Dulwich Hamlet BK from getting behind. Marek Žilák made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Pilip Pilipenko sent off a good shot on target. Fausto Bucesta spun around in front of the goal 27 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Dulwich Hamlet BK's goal. Marek Žilák made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pilip Pilipenko in the 32nd minute. Aivo Pärjasaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bai Cheng Nan in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Bai Cheng Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivo Pärjasaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casado Quintanilla in the 43rd minute of play forced R.B Leipzig's goalkeeper Marek Žilák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marek Žilák made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pilip Pilipenko in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Ciro Di Marzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The supporters of Dulwich Hamlet BK booed when R.B Leipzig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Cerri didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to R.B Leipzig getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Rubén-Darío Bustos hit a great ball. Dulwich Hamlet BK's Aivo Pärjasaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bai Cheng Nan in the 72nd minute of play. Costante Corneja kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Niclas Haström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dulwich Hamlet BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. R.B Leipzig's Marek Žilák played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Haström in the 85th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Dulwich Hamlet BK's corner Casado Quintanilla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marek Žilák quite easily take care of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, R.B Leipzig's Bai Cheng Nan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aivo Pärjasaar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to R.B Leipzig getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rubén-Darío Bustos hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, R.B Leipzig's Mannie Escabi got a free kick in the 91st minute.
