Sandro Santos was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Márcio Vilanova capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Márcio Vilanova really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ruben Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asbjørn Sundal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandro Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sondre Lillegård in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, FC Alumiara SD's Wanderson Siqueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Asbjørn Sundal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some careless play in the FC Alumiara SD defense, Márcio Vilanova kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandro Santos. The FC Alumiara SD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Santos should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wanderson Siqueira in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asbjørn Sundal saved ADCR Loreto United FC from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, ADCR Loreto United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Estebe came free, but Asbjørn Sundal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Márcio Vilanova managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ADCR Loreto United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Márcio Vilanova was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Alumiara SD's zone, Sondre Lillegård stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Santos came out of the goal and Sondre Lillegård tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sondre Lillegård stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, ADCR Loreto United FC's Sondre Lillegård sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, FC Alumiara SD's goal looked a bit too open when Sondre Lillegård came free, but Sandro Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martinho Calheiros during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ADCR Loreto United FC's 孔竞坚 got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th match minute, FC Alumiara SD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alcides Braga to maneuver through the defense. Sandro Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sondre Lillegård, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Ruben Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asbjørn Sundal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, ADCR Loreto United FC's goalkeeper Asbjørn Sundal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wanderson Siqueira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Estebe in the 90th minute of play forced ADCR Loreto United FC's goalkeeper Asbjørn Sundal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes FC Alumiara SD got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Estebe.
