When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Oktay Eğriöz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Girkantas Bernotas to make any attempt to save it. If Tomas Lucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Fornos might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Girkantas Bernotas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
