An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakkı Elçin in the 17th minute of play forced Nychyporivka Ψ's goalkeeper Dan Junilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Nychyporivka Ψ's Lucas Matos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antoni Brama narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Śląsk Bytom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Wietz to maneuver through the defense. Fevzi Baykara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Dan Junilă made a huge save. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dan Junilă showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
