Naci Kac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Antonio Sorriva made a huge save. When Baldomiro Cubillo fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sociedad Anónima's protests and gave Baldomiro Cubillo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, Sociedad Anónima was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Cubillo to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Victoria Toruń's goal looked a bit too open when Marino Malet came free, but Borys Poreda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes Victoria Toruń's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niva Bruna who took care of the corner kick. In the 18th match minute, Victoria Toruń was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Springfält to maneuver through the defense. Victoria Toruń's Borys Poreda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Velasco Rollan in the 31st minute of play. Borys Poreda came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Sociedad Anónima's Velasco Rollan. But to his dismay, Velasco Rollan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Victoria Toruń's goalkeeper Borys Poreda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute Burt Burachek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Sorriva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Sociedad Anónima were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marino Malet was the one to do the kick off. Borys Poreda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Velasco Rollan in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marino Malet got free with Borys Poreda in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Sociedad Anónima getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Velasco Rollan hit a great ball. Dragolyub Dzhahov hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Velasco Rollan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giedrius Domeika hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Velasco Rollan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Borys Poreda, 1-3. Antonio Sorriva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Lukowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Borys Poreda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Velasco Rollan's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Borys Poreda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velasco Rollan in the 77th minute of the match. Naci Kac kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Victoria Toruń's Benedykt Kluska was substituted for Arkadiusz Piglowski. Sociedad Anónima made a substitution. Felix Larren replaced Marino Malet. Victoria Toruń made a substitution. Lóránd Szarka replaced Ture Springfält. Naci Kac kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Velasco Rollan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sociedad Anónima fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The Victoria Toruń supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sociedad Anónima's performance. The match ended with a win for Sociedad Anónima.
