The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Emilio Eguzki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Cerezo, 1-0. After 14 minutes of play, S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Bordeianu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes into the match, Carp Team's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardinho Abreu came free, but Calistrat Bordeianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Cerezo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luca Radovan's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Calistrat Bordeianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a little luck, S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo got control of the ball when Luca Radovan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joris Scheer might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Calistrat Bordeianu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joris Scheer ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joris Scheer in the 37th minute of play forced Carp Team's goalkeeper Calistrat Bordeianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calistrat Bordeianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joris Scheer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Cerezo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Emilio Eguzki sent off a good shot on target. When Gaudencio Elivareo fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carp Team's protests and gave Gaudencio Elivareo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Carp Team's Gaudencio Elivareo got a free kick in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, Carp Team's goal looked a bit too open when Joris Scheer came free, but Calistrat Bordeianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luca Radovan made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Calistrat Bordeianu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Armando Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Eguzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Eguzki in the 54th minute of play. In the 61st minute Joris Scheer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Bordeianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joris Scheer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Calistrat Bordeianu having to make a save. In the 64th minute Joris Scheer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Bordeianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Radovan in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Emilio Eguzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joris Scheer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Calistrat Bordeianu made a huge save. S.C.CHUÍ made a substitution. Elder Donatello replaced Luis León. Carp Team's Calistrat Bordeianu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Carp Team from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute S.C.CHUÍ were awarded a corner. Elder Donatello went to the cornerflag to take it. S.C.CHUÍ's Froilan Bartolome was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Calistrat Bordeianu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Armando Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Eguzki in the 77th minute of play. Armando Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Radovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Carp Team booed when S.C.CHUÍ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Patrício didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Eguzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. S.C.CHUÍ's Bernardinho Abreu got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radomir Šiljak kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Calistrat Bordeianu came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer. But to his dismay, Joris Scheer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Calistrat Bordeianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Scheer in the 93rd minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
