Xandeco FC's Guga de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joris Scheer in the 11th minute of play. Gilmar Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Guga de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Scheer in the 25th minute of the match. Xandeco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernardinho Abreu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led S.C.CHUÍ's Bernardinho Abreu to fire away a dangerous shot which Guga de Azevedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joris Scheer might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guga de Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joris Scheer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute Joris Scheer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joris Scheer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmund Balkiewicz hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Guga de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Scheer in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Xandeco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joris Scheer came free, but Guga de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

S.C.CHUÍ's Caetano Paranaense was substituted for Luiz Pereira. If Joris Scheer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joris Scheer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guga de Azevedo having to make a save. A hard shot 60 in the game by Joris Scheer from a close distance when the talented Guga de Azevedo managed to make a qualified save. Xandeco FC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joris Scheer in the 62nd minute of play forced Xandeco FC's goalkeeper Guga de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes Xandeco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bernardinho Abreu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Bernardinho Abreu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Guga de Azevedo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Joris Scheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Guga de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. S.C.CHUÍ's Elder Donatello was substituted for Luis León. Joris Scheer did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Guga de Azevedo 77 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Tales Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Xandeco FC's Guga de Azevedo got control of the ball when Elder Donatello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guga de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Bernardinho Abreu sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Xandeco FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tales Donato hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Tales Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of S.C.CHUÍ booed when Xandeco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Balkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joris Scheer in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guga de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Xandeco FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Lino Vander hit a great ball. S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Bartolome in the 94th minute of play forced Xandeco FC's goalkeeper Guga de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Jeremias Luzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Xandeco FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching S.C.CHUÍ's performance. The match ended with a win for S.C.CHUÍ.
