After some careless play in the AEK FC defense, Ove Salkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Finn Eidsvåg. The AEK FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Finn Eidsvåg should have stopped the shot. Finn Eidsvåg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Salkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Finn Eidsvåg came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Gubbhöft's Ove Salkvist. But to his dismay, Ove Salkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 21 minutes into the match, AEK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Veronica came free, but Finn Eidsvåg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ove Salkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. AEK FC:s Finn Eidsvåg showed great skill when he stopped Ove Salkvist:s penalty. 0-4 came in the 27th minute when Ove Salkvist all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Finn Eidsvåg. Ove Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Finn Eidsvåg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Salkvist in the 32nd minute of play. Finn Eidsvåg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Veronica, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Adam Svenning kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46thth minute of the game Fidel Veronica who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AEK FC's Finn Eidsvåg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half BK Gubbhöft were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Veronica to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, AEK FC's Finn Eidsvåg got control of the ball when Ove Salkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Finn Eidsvåg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ove Salkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Gubbhöft's supporters rose to their feet, but Ove Salkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Finn Eidsvåg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ove Salkvists short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Finn Eidsvåg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, BK Gubbhöft's Finn Eidsvåg threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fidel Veronica, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, AEK FC's Finn Eidsvåg got control of the ball when Ove Salkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. J.J Boss's late challenge caught a BK Gubbhöft's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. J.J Boss helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, J.J Boss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BK Gubbhöft's Jonas Ahlin was substituted for Fidel Veronica. BK Gubbhöft made a substitution. Hans-Georg Luabunnum replaced Ove Salkvist. After 77 played minutes AEK FC got a freekick which was hit by J.J Boss. In the 78th minute, BK Gubbhöft's Hans-Georg Luabunnum ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Finn Eidsvåg. Finn Eidsvåg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. When Hans-Georg Luabunnum came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the BK Gubbhöft fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Georg Luabunnum couldn't finish the play. Finn Eidsvåg made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Hans-Georg Luabunnum sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded BK Gubbhöft left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AEK FC.
