With a little luck, Victory F.C.'s Søren Malman got control of the ball when Gísli Langnickel tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Aversa's Søren Malman threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flavio Di Giulio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 10 minutes into the game, Aversa's Flavio Di Giulio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Søren Malman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Beppe Berardinelli made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Victory F.C.'s Søren Malman. Gísli Langnickel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Søren Malman made a huge save. Søren Malman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gísli Langnickel in the 21st minute. Nicky Bjerglind made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Moses Vesterlyng. Gísli Langnickel might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Søren Malman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gísli Langnickel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute of the match, Gísli Langnickel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Søren Malman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Gísli Langnickel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Søren Malman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gísli Langnickel in the 30th minute of play. Victory F.C.'s Søren Malman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Victory F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 32 played minutes Victory F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nicky Bjerglind. Søren Malman made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Gísli Langnickel sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Nicky Bjerglind in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aversa's Kostyantyn Rudnytskyi. In the 38thth minute of the game Gísli Langnickel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Victory F.C.'s Søren Malman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gísli Langnickel got free with Søren Malman in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claus Skoubo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Claus Skoubo made the kick off in the second half. Gísli Langnickel might have been able to make a better finish in the 50th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Søren Malman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gísli Langnickel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 53rd minute Gísli Langnickel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Søren Malman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aversa's Dennis Puce got a free kick in the 54th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Emory Øien successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Aversa's Kostyantyn Rudnytskyi got a free kick in the 59th minute. Gísli Langnickel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Søren Malman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Victory F.C.'s Nicky Bjerglind got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Søren Malman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gísli Langnickel in the 65th minute of play. Gísli Langnickel might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Søren Malman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gísli Langnickel ran back to his position shaking his head. Victory F.C.'s Asmind Wrensted was substituted for Wes Benbow. Anselmo Fulgenzi took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Søren Malman. Søren Malman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Søren Malman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Fulgenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Anselmo Fulgenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, Aversa's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Skoubo came free, but Emory Øien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Fulgenzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Søren Malman having to make a save. Victory F.C.'s Caspar Alhouch was substituted for Henrik Lauritsen. Aversa's Ferdinando Cesarini managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Moses Vesterlyng in the 91 minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Fulgenzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Søren Malman was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game.
