With an all-out effort, Talleres's Gustaf Wickander threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredo Tab, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauricio Manuelo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustaf Wickander. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. If Kong Bo Ning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Wickander was a little too slow when Alfredo Tab got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-0. Josef Tunberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gustaf Wickander firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gustaf Wickander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Tab in the 29th minute of the match. Gustaf Wickander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Tunberg in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Real Quemado FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Tunberg came free, but Gustaf Wickander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Real Quemado FC's goalkeeper Gustaf Wickander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Manuelo. Kong Bo Ning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Tab in the 36th minute of play forced Real Quemado FC's goalkeeper Gustaf Wickander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Peker Durusoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Wickander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Mauricio Manuelo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Real Quemado FC's Gustaf Wickander. Talleres's Izydor Bugajski was substituted for Perico Pérez. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kong Bo Ning to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Martínez scored 8-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustaf Wickander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the game, Abelardo Aguiar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Quemado FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talleres the free kick. Abelardo Aguiar hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Real Quemado FC's zone, Josef Tunberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaf Wickander came out of the goal and Josef Tunberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaf Wickander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Tunberg in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match Talleres got a corner. Real Quemado FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Martínez ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gustaf Wickander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Tunberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Talleres's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
