When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Fábio Coelho put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gustaf Wickander. In the 7th minute Fábio Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Wickander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Ovies's late challenge caught a E.C. Água Santa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Ovies helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Real Quemado FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Daniel Ovies hit a great ball. Fábio Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gustaf Wickander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Fábio Coelho could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Gustaf Wickander however easily saved by the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Fábio Coelho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaf Wickander. Real Quemado FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fábio Coelho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Carlos Casemiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Gustaf Wickander made a huge save. E.C. Água Santa's Fábio Coelho got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of E.C. Água Santa booed when Real Quemado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damazy Starogardzki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fábio Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 played minutes E.C. Água Santa got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Bittencourt. Carlos Casemiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Fábio Coelho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustaf Wickander. Fábio Coelho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Fábio Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Wickander having to interfere. Fábio Coelho might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaf Wickander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fábio Coelho ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustaf Wickander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Fábio Coelho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustaf Wickander. The goal made the score 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Seah in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Wickander saved Real Quemado FC from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fábio Coelho made a kick off. Carlos Casemiro scored 6-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustaf Wickander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When E.C. Água Santa's Fábio Coelho in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 59 minutes, Gualterio Gilabert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E.C. Água Santa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Gilabert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 62 played minutes E.C. Água Santa got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Casemiro. Real Quemado FC's Juliusz Michnik was substituted for Damazy Starogardzki. In the 63rd match minute, E.C. Água Santa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Casemiro to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Gilabert might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaf Wickander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaf Wickander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualterio Gilabert in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Wickander saved Real Quemado FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, E.C. Água Santa's Gualterio Gilabert got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes Real Quemado FC got a freekick which was hit by Nesto Soldevilla. In the game's 95th minute E.C. Água Santa's Carlos Casemiro took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Gustaf Wickander and thus the score was 9-0.
