With a little luck, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Dumitru Corbea got control of the ball when Conny Josefsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvald Mattsson scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dumitru Corbea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's zone, Conny Josefsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dumitru Corbea came out of the goal and Conny Josefsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Mattsson came free, but Dumitru Corbea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dumitru Corbea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Josefsson in the 36th minute of play. Nils Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Şumălan in the 40th minute of the match. Petru Pamfil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nils Tunander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Petru Pamfil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Nils Tunander managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Ferdinand Şumălan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Vilbergen Boys Club getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Su Saknis hit a great ball. A hard shot 64 in the game by Ferdinand Şumălan from a close distance when the talented Nils Tunander managed to make a qualified save. Vilbergen Boys Club's players were relieved. Petru Pamfil ran back to his position shaking his head. After 70 minutes, Petru Pamfil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the -BZF- Viitorul Buzau and the Vilbergen Boys Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Petru Pamfil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conny Josefsson in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dumitru Corbea saved -BZF- Viitorul Buzau from getting behind. A collision led to -BZF- Viitorul Buzau getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nicolae Pârâianu hit a great ball. When Georg Busk fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vilbergen Boys Club's protests and gave Georg Busk a yellow card for diving instead. Georg Busk kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Petru Pamfil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Busk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Vilbergen Boys Club's Conny Josefsson in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalie prevented a goal.
