After 4 played minutes Atlético Unión Florida got a freekick which was hit by Alexis Roussounelos. After a rather tough play, Atlético Unión Florida's Alexis Roussounelos got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Romeo Enekoitz fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Unión Florida's protests and gave Romeo Enekoitz a yellow card for diving instead. Romeo Enekoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Saverio Atarratze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AEK KAVALAS FC's Odysseas Lazaroglou got a free kick in the 15th minute. Stelios Melas made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Marteinn Palermo sent off a good shot on target. Stelios Melas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krystian Żmuda in the 20th minute. Saul Erauso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Odysseas Lazaroglou went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Takis Rodostoglou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saul Erauso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takis Rodostoglou in the 31st minute of play forced Atlético Unión Florida's goalkeeper Saul Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Takis Rodostoglou in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Erauso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 34 minutes, Karol Poniewaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AEK KAVALAS FC and the Atlético Unión Florida players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saverio Atarratze missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 36 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Stelios Melas right hand side. Saul Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odysseas Lazaroglou in the 39th minute of play. Atlético Unión Florida's Saul Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odysseas Lazaroglou in the 43rd minute of play. Dimosthenis Papachantzoulis kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

52 minutes into the game, Krystian Żmuda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Stelios Melas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saul Erauso made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Odysseas Lazaroglou sent off a good shot on target. Saul Erauso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Odysseas Lazaroglou went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Atlético Unión Florida's Marteinn Palermo in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AEK KAVALAS FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Venancio Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AEK KAVALAS FC's Stelios Melas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marteinn Palermo in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, AEK KAVALAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Musko came free, but Stelios Melas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 80 in the game by Odysseas Lazaroglou from a close distance when the talented Saul Erauso managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Unión Florida's players were relieved. Saul Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makis Labiridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After taking down the ball on AEK KAVALAS FC's corner Emil Giurcă fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Saul Erauso quite easily take care of the ball. Narciso Rufo took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stelios Melas. Stelios Melas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Saul Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takis Rodostoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
