Claudiu Fecioru struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Damaso Hurko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Acatar. 22 minutes into the match, FC Acatar's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Benito came free, but Diamantino Lobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes FC Acatar got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Fecioru. 32 minutes into the game, Andrei Alexandrescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Damaso Hurko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Damaso Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Alexandrescu in the 36th minute of play. Damaso Hurko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Alexandrescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerold Grijalba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Acatar booed when Austral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartoleme Fajardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Acatar.
