After 24 played minutes CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Marios Theodorou. Luis Miguel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Penuel Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ the free kick. After 47 played minutes Penuel Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Victor Amato. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorge-Luis Borges to strike the kick off in the second half. Vincent Aalberts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Miguel in the 52nd minute of the match. Marios Theodorou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Epifanio Gabrio made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Einstein got free with Epifanio Gabrio in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Penuel Football Club's Nando Pereira was substituted for Jorge-Luis Borges. If Hélder Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nando Pereira in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vincent Aalberts saved CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ from getting behind. Penuel Football Club's Epifanio Gabrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Einstein in the 80th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match, Hélder Fonseca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Epifanio Gabrio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Epifanio Gabrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Fonseca in the 94th minute of the match. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
