Blomstermåla BK's Karl-Åke Lidström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Figueiredo in the 12th minute of play. Inácio Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Karl-Åke Lidström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S S Palestra Italia. S S Palestra Italia's Jarbas Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Rasimowicz in the 21st minute of play. Karl-Åke Lidström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Figueiredo in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jörn Erserman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarbas Guedes was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Timoteo Mincho kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Blomstermåla BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Mincho to maneuver through the defense. The Blomstermåla BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 85 played minutes Blomstermåla BK got a freekick which was hit by Zé Domingues. Inácio Figueiredo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Åke Lidström.
