Claudio Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Lope in the 15th minute of play. Joxa mé trasan's Claudio Aznar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Lope in the 23rd minute of play. Claudio Aznar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Inautzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute Armando Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes Joxa mé trasan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernesto Tristezza who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Pedro Brion almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Joxa mé trasan's Claudio Aznar did a great save. The throw-in from Pedro Brasil in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Joxa mé trasan's Fred Flinta. André Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Beliran in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sven Thorsberg scored 3-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Aznar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute El retorno del Pincha were awarded a corner. Ernesto Tristezza went to the cornerflag to take it. 81 minutes into the game, El retorno del Pincha's Pedro Brion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Aznar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 87th minute Sven Thorsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Beliran in the 88th minute of play forced El retorno del Pincha's goalkeeper André Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Thorsberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Aznar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Sven Thorsberg made a precise shot to the right of Claudio Aznar. Joxa mé trasan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The audience was convinced that Sven Thorsberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Aznar was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the El retorno del Pincha players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
