In the 28th minute Verner Kjellkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menduh Tupa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neno Burmov in the 29th minute of play forced UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's goalkeeper Menduh Tupa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, IFK Tallkotte's Alfons Cane got a free kick in the 45th minute. Javiero Frias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Joakim Isaksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to IFK Tallkotte getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Eddie Lindqvist hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Verner Kjellkvist was the one to do the kick off. UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's Menduh Tupa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz from getting a goal against them. When Hadi Özdoruk fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's protests and gave Hadi Özdoruk a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. When the match was over IFK Tallkotte could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz throughout the match.
