Yan do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Salazar in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Modlau booed when Ubatuba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdomiro Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Barry McCray sped through Ubatuba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yan do Valle. Yan do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarmo Laik in the 24th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Barry McCray who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ubatuba's Yan do Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Wincenty Mochowak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Yan do Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvaldo Trevisan got free with Sebastian Winszman in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ubatuba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modlau the free kick. In the 39th minute of the match Barry McCray shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yan do Valle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Ubatuba defense, Barry McCray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan do Valle. The Ubatuba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan do Valle should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barry McCray to make the kick off. Sebastian Winszman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 56th minute, Jarmo Laik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yan do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarmo Laik in the 61st minute of play. If Jarmo Laik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yan do Valle came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Modlau's Barry McCray. But to his dismay, Barry McCray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. Modlau's Ludomir Ludwiczak was substituted for Marcin Fronczak. If Dominic Salazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71stth minute of the game Barry McCray who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ubatuba's Yan do Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yan do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Jucha in the 73rd minute of the match. Damazy Jucha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Damazy Jucha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan do Valle was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Barry McCray came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Damazy Jucha put it in 1-10 from a short distance just to the right of Yan do Valle. In the 86th match minute, Modlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Mochowak to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Modlau's Dawid Alaba got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 95th match minute, Ubatuba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renatinho de Lima to maneuver through the defense.
