After a defensive mix-up in GOMERASPOR's zone, Augusto Estefan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils Krüger came out of the goal and Augusto Estefan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cengiz Onat got free with Zachariasz Dudkowski in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Cengiz Onat managed to get in a good position for a shot. GOMERASPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Cengiz Onat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachariasz Dudkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tahir Hallaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Korcan Tolga in the 15th minute of play. Eren Özkan hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Augusto Estefan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils Krüger. GOMERASPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Estefan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Augusto Estefan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nils Krüger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Estefan in the 20th minute of play. Cengiz Onat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Zachariasz Dudkowski made a huge save. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eren Özkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eren Özkan in the 30th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Estefan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Korcan Tolga in the 35th minute of play. Nils Krüger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronnie Odell in the 39th minute of the match. Nils Krüger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Estefan's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. A throw-in in the 45th minute of the game was made by Iwan Pawlik with İnanç Kadirsah as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ronnie Odell hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half CRUZ DEL SUR were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zachariasz Dudkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Emre Durkaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Nils Krüger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Estefan in the 70th minute of the match. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Eustacio Antonucci replaced Abundio Manzano. CRUZ DEL SUR's Fabio Zorondo was substituted for Ronnie Odell. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when GOMERASPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berkant Taçkın didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fabio Zorondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pippin Aguilera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, GOMERASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Pippin Aguilera came free, but Nils Krüger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Korcan Tolga in the 90th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CRUZ DEL SUR eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
