Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Barros got free with Justo Baladi in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Clemente Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justo Baladi was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Los Irrompibles's Justo Baladi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Los Irrompibles from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's goal looked a bit too open when Luka De Roeck came free, but Luis Alberto Lazcano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 played minutes Club Deportes Santa Cruz got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Rufo. Clemente Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Rufo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Justo Baladi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Justino Matxin hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Los Irrompibles getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Luka De Roeck hit a great ball. Justo Baladi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Rufo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Rufo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Baladi having to interfere. Clemente Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Justo Baladi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Jaume Berecedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Baladi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Justo Baladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Barros in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Gaymer in the 57th minute of play forced Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Justo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luka De Roeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th match minute, Club Deportes Santa Cruz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Barros to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Clemente Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justo Baladi. Los Irrompibles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Club Deportes Santa Cruz getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Aurelio Antonioletti hit a great ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Juan Estevan Hamdorf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Estevan Hamdorf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Nicanor Tipi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Irrompibles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportes Santa Cruz the free kick. 87 minutes into the match, Los Irrompibles's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Barros came free, but Justo Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Los Irrompibles booed when Club Deportes Santa Cruz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Mosca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Norberto Oviedo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Hipolito Olayo charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Olayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Club Deportes Santa Cruz booed when Los Irrompibles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Olayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Luis Gaymer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Gaymer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Baladi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Deportes Santa Cruz had played much better football throughout.
