Ardy Pakubuwono was slow to take the kick. During this time AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the 15 Cervezas y una Chopera defense, Don Cabezon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Neuer. Manuel Neuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Cabezon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arturo Mannuel came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dacian Nițescu could save by the left post. Manuel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Cabezon in the 41st minute of play. When Don Cabezon got free in front of the goal in the 41st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Manuel Neuer was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Don Cabezon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Neuer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iordache Barboni during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Iordache Barboni got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Don Cabezon took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Manuel Neuer to make any attempt to save it. Manuel Neuer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Don Cabezon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. Manuel Neuer made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Don Cabezon sent off a good shot on target. Ernesto Di Clemente charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Di Clemente the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, 15 Cervezas y una Chopera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Di Clemente to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Neuer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Don Cabezon's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Don Cabezon in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Neuer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, 15 Cervezas y una Chopera's Manuel Neuer got control of the ball when Don Cabezon tried to sneak it across the goal line. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Samuel Mambru was substituted for Ardy Pakubuwono. In the 77th minute, Wilfredo Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Nițescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Podador Raheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Neuer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Podador Raheiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Neuer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Podador Raheiro made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Neuer was left in no man's land by his defense there! The AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
