Squadra de Pippe's Pastor Ellow managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rutenio Respaldizar in the 12 minute of the game. Natalio Nazario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Fan Xi Hong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fan Xi Hong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Nazario in the 19th minute. Cimarrones F.C.'s Themba Takane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislovas Skripkauskas in the 22nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Valérien Derm got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Themba Takane quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Witold Bury fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squadra de Pippe's protests and gave Witold Bury a yellow card for diving instead. Natalio Nazario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Fan Xi Hong made a huge save. Fan Xi Hong came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Cimarrones F.C.'s Natalio Nazario. But to his dismay, Natalio Nazario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Stanislovas Skripkauskas made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cimarrones F.C.'s Carmichael Cridland. Cimarrones F.C.'s Themba Takane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Andreoli in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Squadra de Pippe got a corner. Cimarrones F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boruc Gongolewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Cimarrones F.C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rodney Madaria hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Squadra de Pippe's attentive Denis Răducan managed to snatch the ball when Xaime Urrechua made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Themba Takane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francesco Andreoli in the 56th minute. After having played for 57 minutes, Francesco Andreoli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Squadra de Pippe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Andreoli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Themba Takane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Gongolewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Themba Takane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukasz Rukszcz in the 67th minute. Rutenio Respaldizar hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Cimarrones F.C.'s Brecht Dheedene was substituted for Demetrio Giacchetti. In the 73rd match minute, Cimarrones F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutenio Respaldizar to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Lukasz Rukszcz took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Themba Takane to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Rukszcz got free with Themba Takane in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fan Xi Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Themba Takane made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Francesco Andreoli sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Lukasz Rukszcz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Themba Takane. That made the score 2-2 in the 92 minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
