Mike Cassar Torreggiani stood somewhat misplaced when Maicon Palmeira came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 7 minute. Stefan Eriksson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Guimarães having to make a save. E. C. Uruguaiana's Vicente Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Lundberg in the 17th minute of play. 姜西峰's late challenge caught a E. C. Uruguaiana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 姜西峰 helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of E. C. Uruguaiana booed when Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. 姜西峰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blåvitt's goalkeeper Mike Cassar Torreggiani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Lundberg in the 20th minute of play forced E. C. Uruguaiana's goalkeeper Vicente Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Stefan Eriksson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but E. C. Uruguaiana's Vicente Guimarães did a great save. Blåvitt's Mike Cassar Torreggiani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Palmeira in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Blåvitt getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Adalberto Flores hit a great ball. Maicon Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mike Cassar Torreggiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maicon Palmeira in the 42nd minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Adalberto Flores mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blåvitt and the E. C. Uruguaiana players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Blåvitt's Adalberto Flores got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gösta Lundberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maicon Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mike Cassar Torreggiani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maicon Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Blåvitt's Uno Helander got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Mike Cassar Torreggiani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Mendonça in the 55th minute of play. Mike Cassar Torreggiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gösta Lundberg in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the match, Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Mendonça came free, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mike Cassar Torreggiani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maicon Palmeira went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. E. C. Uruguaiana's Ricardo Schneider was substituted for Clemente Eger. Geovani Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Mike Cassar Torreggiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mike Cassar Torreggiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Blåvitt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stefan Eriksson in the 83rd minute. After taking down the ball on Blåvitt's corner Örjan Johansson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vicente Guimarães quite easily take care of the ball. Vicente Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Gösta Lundberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute, Uno Helander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 88 minutes, Geovani Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E. C. Uruguaiana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovani Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blåvitt's Mike Cassar Torreggiani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Palmeira in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Blåvitt players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for E. C. Uruguaiana.
