Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Arenstedt in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Gagriel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Arenstedt in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Gagriel saved ŠK Horelica from getting behind. After 26 played minutes ŠK Horelica got a freekick which was hit by Sabino Monsanto. Gunnar Hellström's late challenge caught a ŠK Horelica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gunnar Hellström helped the player get up and apologised. Adrian Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ibai Koldobika, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Ibai Koldobika took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Springfält. Adrian Springfält dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Arenstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
