An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Alberto Abascal in the 24th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Amboy FC got a corner. Decathlon Dudes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcelo Kauldi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Marcelo Kauldi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa did a great save. A collision led to Decathlon Dudes getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Daan Wegman hit a great ball. Amboy FC's Mario Alberto Abascal managed to work through Decathlon Dudes's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mario Alberto Abascal dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The Decathlon Dudes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Amboy FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
