Sandro Ormea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amedeo Piermattei's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Zola Predosa FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Venancio Jauregui in the 10th minute. In the 15thth minute of the game Amedeo Piermattei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DARAS's Sandro Ormea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 16 minutes, Amedeo Piermattei made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. DARAS's Sandro Ormea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Cosimo Sciamanna could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Sandro Ormea however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amedeo Piermattei in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Ormea saved DARAS from getting behind. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by DARAS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Venancio Jauregui was slow to take the kick. During this time Zola Predosa FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Piermattei in the 24th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Sandro Ormea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Piermattei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes, Dragolyub Novakov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DARAS and the Zola Predosa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute Zola Predosa FC were awarded a corner. Venancio Jauregui went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Venancio Jauregui got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sandro Ormea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sandro Ormea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Piermattei in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Zola Predosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Africano to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toni Nenchev was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Quinto. Sandro Ormea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Piermattei in the 58th minute of play. Sandro Ormea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Piermattei, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute Cosimo Sciamanna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Ormea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zola Predosa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrea Pompilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandro Ormea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute, Andrea Pompilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sandro Ormea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Piermattei, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Sandro Ormea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Piermattei in the 80th minute of the match. Zola Predosa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Flecken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zola Predosa FC fully deserved thier win.
