Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victor Mendiko took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, El Bobo y El Bocho's Felix Maxin got control of the ball when Lando Norin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute Fabio Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute of the match El Bobo y El Bocho got a corner. Que se abra o mar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabio Ticho ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fabio Ticho made a great header on El Bobo y El Bocho's corner, it was just that Que se abra o mar's Sandro Tepedino managed to reach the ball for a save. Felix Maxin was a little too slow when Tato Vega got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some careless play in the Que se abra o mar defense, Fabio Ticho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandro Tepedino. The Que se abra o mar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Tepedino should have stopped the shot. Tato Vega might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Maxin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tato Vega ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Que se abra o mar's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Ticho came free, but Sandro Tepedino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tato Vega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Felix Maxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Ticho in the 42nd minute of play forced Que se abra o mar's goalkeeper Sandro Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tato Vega could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Felix Maxin made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tato Vega stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Que se abra o mar getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Tato Vega hit a great ball. Noel Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, El Bobo y El Bocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Jayvier to maneuver through the defense. Felix Maxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tato Vega in the 68th minute of play. Teobaldo Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sandro Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Que se abra o mar's Tommy Van Elsen was substituted for Albertinho Andrade. 74 minutes into the match, Que se abra o mar's Tato Vega sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Maxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Que se abra o mar! In the 88th minute, Fabio Ticho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Bobo y El Bocho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 96 minutes into the match, Que se abra o mar's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Mendiko came free, but Sandro Tepedino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Bobo y El Bocho's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
