Wojtek Szczęsny made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Reinaldo Hermes sent off a good shot on target. Válter Camargo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wojtek Szczęsny came out and tried to block the shot, but Válter Camargo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 44th minute. Wojtek Szczęsny was a little too slow when Stig-Arne Ekström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ni Gang Yi in the 56th minute of play forced Clube Atlético Impávido's goalkeeper João Adolfo Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojtek Szczęsny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Kisielka in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Clube Atlético Impávido getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Reinaldo Hermes hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Calistrat Bucuță got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ni Gang Yi during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ni Gang Yi hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Válter Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojtek Szczęsny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the F.C.BARLAD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Clube Atlético Impávido.
