Hugon Raszkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Cheng Peng in the 41st minute of play. After 46 played minutes Shymkent Camels got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Milla. 47 minutes into the game, İlmi Murathan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shymkent Camels's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Opus Dei the free kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Degutis was the one to do the kick off. After 67 minutes of play, Shymkent Camels's Ayrton Schumacher made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugon Raszkiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Opus Dei defense, Sebastian Milla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugon Raszkiewicz. The Opus Dei fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugon Raszkiewicz should have stopped the shot. In the 76thth minute of the game Ayrton Schumacher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Opus Dei's Hugon Raszkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ayrton Schumacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugon Raszkiewicz having to interfere. When Shymkent Camels's Christer Johnsson in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Opus Dei's goalie prevented a goal. Ma Lin Qing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Horacio Zarricueta made a huge save. When Gernando Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Shymkent Camels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gernando Zonta couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Patryk Lisewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Opus Dei's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
