Örjan Forssell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Cortez Morera got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Örjan Forssell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Liu Yan Yan made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. A hard shot by Liu Yan Yan from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got İrfan Baytugay's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. İrfan Baytugay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Forssell in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. A nice corner shot did that Liu Yan Yan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this İrfan Baytugay quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Samsunspor's İrfan Baytugay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oriche Ruelas in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Liu Yan Yan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İrfan Baytugay. Samsunspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Liu Yan Yan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV fully deserved thier win.
