Ivan Cedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koos Alberts in the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Buitenhout FC's Hannibal Lecter got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Eulalio Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Sjaak Degens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buitenhout FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Tudor Mihoc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sjaak Degens got free with Ivan Cedro in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Buitenhout FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Micael came free, but Tudor Mihoc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Jacobus Spoel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Koos Alberts received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The El fortinero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Cedro should have stopped the shot. Sjaak Degens who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Ivan Cedro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Eulalio Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Mihoc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sjaak Degens got free with Ivan Cedro in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Son Adam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buitenhout FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El fortinero the free kick. The referee gave El fortinero a penalty, 88 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jairo Liberto, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Buitenhout FC's Tudor Mihoc. 1-4. 92 minutes into the match, El fortinero's goal looked a bit too open when Koos Alberts came free, but Ivan Cedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferry Hebels's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ivan Cedro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Werner Valckeneers hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Koos Alberts struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Ivan Cedro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buitenhout FC. The Buitenhout FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
