The tension between the Echesortu Football Club and the Picanya FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 20 minutes into the match, Echesortu Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Villaquiran came free, but Lucas Sanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Picanya FC's Henric Villaquiran was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lucas Sanson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gaskon Gimeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lucas Sanson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Amado Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echesortu Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Bermudo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaskon Gimeno might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Sanson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaskon Gimeno ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute, Guaberto Chucho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Picanya FC were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Echesortu Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henric Villaquiran took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Henric Villaquiran got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 40 minutes into the match. Baltazar Zaplana's late challenge caught a Echesortu Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltazar Zaplana helped the player get up and apologised. Timoteo Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Henric Villaquiran made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute of the match Echesortu Football Club got a corner. Picanya FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Timoteo Erramu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Echesortu Football Club's Timoteo Erramu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Naldo Roig in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 61st minute, Patricio Perico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henric Villaquiran was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Picanya FC's Naldo Roig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Chucho in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Timoteo Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Bermejo in the 79th minute of play forced Echesortu Football Club's goalkeeper Lucas Sanson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Bermudo came free, but Naldo Roig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
