FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 16thth minute of the game 狄朗沙 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When 狄朗沙 fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unión De Santa Fe's protests and gave 狄朗沙 a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Unión De Santa Fe got a freekick which was hit by 狄朗沙. Leon Craandijk struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Elias Rozarius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FFC Merainies 03. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Botello got free with Elias Rozarius in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gafur Salim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elias Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Gongola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gafur Salim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Skilitsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Vellito in the 36th minute of play.
