Li Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kant Cooley in the 7th minute of play. Aloyzas Valys took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zhao Ran Ming. Zhao Ran Ming dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Ferrara got free with Li Lin in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Li Lin managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Coventry Wasps's Camilo Ferrara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Coventry Wasps's Zhao Ran Ming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match, Kant Cooley tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Li Lin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 30th minute Moose Knuckles were awarded a corner. Sonic Ball went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Wiktor Kjellqvist managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Zhao Ran Ming made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloyzas Valys in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Camilo Ferrara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Li Lin. Moose Knuckles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Ferrara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Li Lin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zack Doughty went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Li Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zack Doughty in the 40th minute of play. Camilo Ferrara who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Li Lin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 41 in the game by Camilo Ferrara from a close distance when the talented Li Lin managed to make a qualified save. Moose Knuckles's players were relieved. After 42 played minutes Coventry Wasps got a freekick which was hit by Pete Munroe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloyzas Valys in the 46th minute of play forced Coventry Wasps's goalkeeper Zhao Ran Ming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aloyzas Valys to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Zack Doughty put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Li Lin. The audience was convinced that Kant Cooley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Li Lin was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Li Lin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kant Cooley in the 66th minute of the match. Li Lin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zack Doughty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Sonic Ball reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zhao Ran Ming. The goal made the score 4-2. Li Lin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kant Cooley in the 72nd minute of the match. Coventry Wasps's Sigmar Gustafson was substituted for Kant Cooley. 76 minutes into the match, John Moyle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Li Lin. Moose Knuckles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Moyle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Bernardas Eidintas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Camilo Ferrara struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Li Lin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coventry Wasps. 83 minutes into the match, Moose Knuckles's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Ferrara came free, but Li Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moose Knuckles's Li Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigmar Gustafson in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Moyle in the 86th minute of play forced Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Li Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Coventry Wasps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam-Lucas Neirynck to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Moyle in the 90th minute of play forced Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Li Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Coventry Wasps's Camilo Ferrara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Li Lin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Jaunius Balčaitis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Coventry Wasps fans cheered their team off the field, for while Moose Knuckles had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
