With a little luck, BEŞİKTAŞK's Tolgahan Karay got control of the ball when Ingvar Danielsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th match minute, BEŞİKTAŞK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Galip Dikici to maneuver through the defense. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bulut İrgun to make the kick off. In the 98th minute Alpertunga Cevar managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. There was no doubt that Gliwicka Torcida were the better team. Gliwicka Torcida's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
