Quinto Lama charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quinto Lama the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Baboszewo getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Norbert Harbaszewski hit a great ball. Tomasz Hetman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Adriano Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Songurhan Tanır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomasz Hetman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adriano Martins having to make a save. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Baboszewo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Quinto Lama was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's players had a chance to rest. Tadzio Antolin was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Songurhan Tanır hit a great ball. In the 37th minute of the match Froilan Henric shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adriano Martins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Hetman in the 38th minute of play forced Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Adriano Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Hetman in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Harbaszewski came free, but Adriano Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wincent Kasprzykowski made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Salvadore Sotelo sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomasz Hetman to make the kick off. Adriano Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Harbaszewski in the 51st minute of the match. Wincent Kasprzykowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Norbert Harbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Norbert Harbaszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quinto Lama got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Quinto Lama hit a great ball. Norbert Harbaszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Martins having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Hetman came free, but Adriano Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvadore Sotelo in the 75th minute of play forced Baboszewo's goalkeeper Wincent Kasprzykowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Henric got in the 79th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Adriano Martins. This was a shot which ended in a score of 0-1. Tomasz Hetman might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adriano Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Hetman ran back to his position shaking his head. Wincent Kasprzykowski came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Salvadore Sotelo. But to his dismay, Salvadore Sotelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 88 minutes into the match, Barnaba Ciupierdo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano Martins. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barnaba Ciupierdo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Baboszewo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
