Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Matthew Brookman started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Alex Isaia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Muget's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Isaia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabien Barthez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 6 minutes, Kenny Duckworth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Egg Chasers FC and the Muget players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kenny Duckworth kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Fabien Barthez came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Muget's Alex Isaia. But to his dismay, Alex Isaia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Alex Isaia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabien Barthez having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Florin Stancu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabien Barthez was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Fabien Barthez came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Muget's Florin Stancu. But to his dismay, Florin Stancu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Muget's Florin Stancu in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Egg Chasers FC's goalie prevented a goal. Muget's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nae Strungă in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Muget's Billy Nilsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabien Barthez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Florin Stancu might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabien Barthez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florin Stancu ran back to his position shaking his head. Florin Stancu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabien Barthez having to make a save. Fabien Barthez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Stancu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Quexal to maneuver through the defense. Florin Stancu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabien Barthez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Muget were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Egg Chasers FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nae Strungă took the corner. Alex Isaia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Billy Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Muget's Grigore Stoicu was substituted for Dinu Moți. A collision led to Egg Chasers FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Franz Hardcastle hit a great ball. Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Stancu in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Isaia in the 54th minute of play forced Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Muget fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Muget's Florin Stancu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Stancu in the 60th minute of play. Muget were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Egg Chasers FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nae Strungă took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Isaia in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabien Barthez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Alex Isaia sped through Egg Chasers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabien Barthez. If Florin Stancu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Stancu in the 66th minute of play. Fabien Barthez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Isaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The audience was convinced that Florin Stancu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabien Barthez was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Florin Stancu sped through Egg Chasers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabien Barthez. Alex Isaia scored 6-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabien Barthez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albert Doloman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81stth minute of the game Florin Stancu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Muget got a corner. Egg Chasers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nae Strungă ran over to the corner to take the kick. 88 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Stancu came free, but Fabien Barthez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Alex Isaia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muget's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Isaia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matthew Brookman hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Stancu came free, but Fabien Barthez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes Muget got a freekick which was hit by Billy Nilsson. For all the effort they put into the match, the Egg Chasers FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Muget.
