Ethan Mbappè recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugen Remus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bror Nordstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Eugen Remus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Nordstedt in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, INTER Sosnowiec's Traian Băsescu got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Greenbay's Andre Shakespeare sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patryk Olejarz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugen Remus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximilian Stålman, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 37th minute Alekos Voreadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Remus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugen Remus came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by INTER Sosnowiec's Alekos Voreadis. But to his dismay, Alekos Voreadis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Ethan Mbappè sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bror Nordstedt to make the kick off. Greenbay's Vecdi Başesgioğlu was substituted for Mesut Özil. A sloppy throw-in by Eugeniusz Kociniewski in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Greenbay's Pawel Golanski. Bror Nordstedt in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugen Remus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Patryk Olejarz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Alderson in the 91st minute of play. Pawel Golanski kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Rene Kreiser took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eugen Remus. Greenbay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Patryk Olejarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Will Alderson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugen Remus came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by INTER Sosnowiec's Bror Nordstedt. But to his dismay, Bror Nordstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. When the match was over INTER Sosnowiec could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Greenbay throughout the match.
