The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13th minute Denis Ascencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Maria Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Maria Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Ascencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Denis Ascencio sped through Holmes FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafael Maria Navarro. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leon Silvanito in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Maria Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafael Maria Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Silvanito in the 28th minute of play. Rafael Maria Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Silvanito, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Furia Albiceleste reached it. Furia Albiceleste's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silvio Marquez in the 41st minute. The Holmes FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Furia Albiceleste were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denis Ascencio made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Rafael Maria Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg Rafael Maria Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Furia Albiceleste's Leon Silvanito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 54th match minute, Holmes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Polhemus to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Marquez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Maria Navarro. Holmes FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Holmes FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Holmes FC booed when Furia Albiceleste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Gendolla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Maria Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Ascencio's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. A beautiful save bye Holmes FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Furia Albiceleste were awarded a corner. Silvio Marquez went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Enzo Copetti sped through Holmes FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafael Maria Navarro. In the 86th minute, Jose Ramon Makaus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Copetti in the 89th minute of play forced Holmes FC's goalkeeper Rafael Maria Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Holmes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Copetti came free, but Rafael Maria Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Enzo Copetti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmes FC's Rafael Maria Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramon Quinitos short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Rafael Maria Navarro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ramon Quinito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Rafael Maria Navarro made a huge save. Furia Albiceleste's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
