In the 13th minute of the match Regresado got a corner. U Alcaravaneras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Korneliusz Basinski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bassam Wahbi made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Brian Foretic sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian Foretic got free with Bassam Wahbi in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emilio Bazkoare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Arano's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute of the match U Alcaravaneras got a corner. Regresado's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pan Yan Yu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Pan Yan Yu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emilio Bazkoare quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bassam Wahbi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nanak Liders in the 26th minute of the match. Bassam Wahbi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brian Foretic in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the match, U Alcaravaneras's goalkeeper Bassam Wahbi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brian Foretic. Brian Foretic's late challenge caught a U Alcaravaneras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brian Foretic helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Regresado getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Regresado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel Ronaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Regresado booed when U Alcaravaneras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayfur Torkal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, U Alcaravaneras's Jos Decremer got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half U Alcaravaneras were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Emilio Bazkoare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Arano in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Brian Foretic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bassam Wahbi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Lionel Ronaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Emilio Bazkoare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Freddy Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Lionel Ronaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Bazkoare was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Bassam Wahbi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. U Alcaravaneras's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
