In the 15th minute Reyes No shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aigeus Milionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Hahay's Delmar Berenguer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Abdika Borbon fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salud y República's protests and gave Abdika Borbon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdika Borbon to maneuver through the defense. Juan Carlos Suciu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delmar Berenguer's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Delmar Berenguer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Suciu made a huge save. Juan Carlos Suciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wawrzyniec Lewandowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After having played for 51 minutes, Wawrzyniec Lewandowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hahay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wawrzyniec Lewandowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
