Celso Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oğuzer Altınpınar in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Dejavu's Kunter Birge got a free kick in the 39th minute. Celso Hartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kunter Birge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Gonzo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Celso Hartz came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Dejavu's Behram Ünsevin. But to his dismay, Behram Ünsevin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A collision led to FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tomás Madaleno hit a great ball. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hadi Pektaşi in the 64th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Hadi Pektaşi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Hartz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oğuzer Altınpınar got free with Celso Hartz in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 played minutes Dejavu got a freekick which was hit by Behram Ünsevin. After a defensive mix-up in FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's zone, Behram Ünsevin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Hartz came out of the goal and Behram Ünsevin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Dejavu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá.
