Josef Hellbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Angelo Baciadonne made a huge save. The supporters of Al-Slottshöjden booed when Pardina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrică Scutaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Hugo Söderkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Baciadonne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Hultin made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pardina's Ovidiu Muraru. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radu Niculiță in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adilson do Vale saved Al-Slottshöjden from getting behind. In the 16th minute of the game Pierre Schutrups made a throw-in which Hugo Söderkvist played forward. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Hugo Söderkvist took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Angelo Baciadonne to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reggie Clement in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Baciadonne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pierre Schutrups made in the 23rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jonas Hultin. In the 28th minute Hugo Söderkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Baciadonne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Baciadonne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reggie Clement, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Robert Stoica hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radu Niculiță was the one to do the kick off. After 62 minutes, Ovidiu Muraru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pardina and the Al-Slottshöjden players grew even worse after the yellow card.
