The audience was convinced that Reggie Clement's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olimpiu Popan was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Reggie Clement put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Olimpiu Popan. In the 20th minute Luka Weber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Popan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reggie Clement scored 0-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olimpiu Popan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Ahlbeck in the 27th minute of play forced Pardina's goalkeeper Olimpiu Popan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petruț Ghizdeanu charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reggie Clement made a kick off. Pardina's Olimpiu Popan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie Clement in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Al-Slottshöjden's Reggie Clement got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Reggie Clement shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Popan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olimpiu Popan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Åke Ahlbeck went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Josef Hellbom notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Pardina's Olimpiu Popan. Olimpiu Popan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reggie Clement received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olimpiu Popan came out and tried to block the shot, but Reggie Clement slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 68th minute. Petruț Ghizdeanu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Al-Slottshöjden's Reggie Clement ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olimpiu Popan. Olimpiu Popan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8.
