Darin Bozduganov had several of the Defensores de Belén's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 4 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Thanasis Papadimitriou as he didn't even see the shot coming. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Baldomiro Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores de Belén's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Anaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andreas Svensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zbigniew Wyciszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 19 minutes, Gaston Frantzes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores de Belén's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Frantzes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Wyciszkiewicz in the 21st minute of play forced FC NILS's goalkeeper Andreas Svensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Defensores de Belén's corner Gaston Frantzes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andreas Svensson quite easily take care of the ball. Andreas Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tao Ke Qiang in the 26th minute of the match. Andreas Svensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tao Ke Qiang's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Zebastian Palmkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thanasis Papadimitriou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tao Ke Qiang was the one to do the kick off. Defensores de Belén's Tao Ke Qiang got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tao Ke Qiang in the 56th minute of play forced FC NILS's goalkeeper Andreas Svensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tao Ke Qiang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's goal looked a bit too open when Darin Bozduganov came free, but Thanasis Papadimitriou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanasis Papadimitriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darin Bozduganov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC NILS's Pol Putov was substituted for Marko Hegg. After 67 minutes Defensores de Belén's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pol Putov who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Pol Putov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Defensores de Belén's Thanasis Papadimitriou did a great save. Thanasis Papadimitriou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Örtlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Thanasis Papadimitriou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Örtlund in the 69th minute of the match. After 73 minutes FC NILS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaston Frantzes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Baldomiro Anaya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Andreas Svensson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 76 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goalkeeper Andreas Svensson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tao Ke Qiang. In the 85th minute Zebastian Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanasis Papadimitriou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tao Ke Qiang kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. FC NILS's Andreas Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tao Ke Qiang in the 91st minute of play. Thanasis Papadimitriou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Örtlund in the 92nd minute of play. Defensores de Belén's attentive Baldomiro Anaya managed to snatch the ball when Kenny Isaksson made a throw-in in the 95th minute of the game. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC NILS could leave the field as winners, despite Defensores de Belén having more of the ball for most of the match.
