Michele Rieger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute, Claudiu Bumba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Francisco Nesor. The goal made the score 1-2. Francisco Nesor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Skaradowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Joshua Kimmich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Nesor having to interfere. The Axenstein players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Metal Juniors were winning 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martín Palermo made a kick off. Francisco Nesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Bumba in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Lodbrok in the 58th minute of play forced Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Francisco Nesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Axenstein booed when Metal Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Ragnar Lodbrok made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Nesor. Metal Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 84th minute, Melker Flink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bodo Oster kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
