The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Niemojewski got free with Serginho Nogueira in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Stefan Niemojewski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Serginho Nogueira, 1-0. In the 29th minute, Stefan Niemojewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serginho Nogueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience was convinced that Emil Genev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antoni Poremba was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Niemojewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Eren Tavil in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Varsovia's Kajetan Bendyk. 82 minutes into the match, Varsovia's goalkeeper Antoni Poremba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emil Genev. 84 minutes in the game Eren Tavil did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Frederico Cabral. Serginho Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Niemojewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serginho Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Niemojewski in the 88th minute of the match. If Stefan Niemojewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Calesso FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
