Marcial Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Saunders, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Lugano's goalkeeper La Para, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 8 played minutes FC Lugano got a freekick which was hit by Fred Lara. Guter Tobia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but La Para read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Aves Negras's Guter Tobia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind La Para. La Para yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Igor Linares hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Guter Tobia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but La Para made a huge save. After 20 minutes of play, FC Lugano's Jack Saunders made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Bakar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Igor Linares hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Aves Negras's zone, Jack Saunders stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Bakar came out of the goal and Jack Saunders tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Aves Negras's Guter Tobia in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Lugano's goalie prevented a goal. Guter Tobia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without La Para having to make a save. FC Lugano's La Para played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guter Tobia in the 36th minute of play. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Saunders in the 37th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 55 minutes of play, Aves Negras's Cao Chen Yu made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. La Para was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcial Bakar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jack Saunders in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Aves Negras's Guter Tobia fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. FC Lugano's Benoit Ritieni was substituted for Jakub Waselenczuk. Aves Negras's Efrain Artal was substituted for Guter Tobia. With a little luck, Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar got control of the ball when Fred Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute Efrain Artal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but La Para saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Artal came free, but La Para reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Efrain Artal sped through FC Lugano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of La Para. La Para took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Artal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Zhao Le Sen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Efrain Artal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but La Para was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. La Para came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Aves Negras's Efrain Artal. But to his dismay, Efrain Artal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When the referee ended the match the Aves Negras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
